Contiki is running an Emily In Paris-inspired tour
Ready to live like Emily Cooper (only with more buses involved)?
I’m not afraid to admit it: I love Emily in Paris. Not just because it’s an easy watch, but also because it frames one of my favourite cities on Earth in such a fun and beautiful way.
The last time I went to Paris, I visited as many Emily in Paris locations as I could (many I’d visited before) to get a taste of walking in Emily Cooper’s gorgeous shoes.
I can highly recommend visiting:
- Montmartre and La Maison Rose: bookings are absolutely essential as this place gets rammed at sunset;
- Jardin du Palais-Royal: explore the little bars on the outskirts of the gardens for an unreal wine experience, and
- Cafe de Flor: you’ll queue for a while but they’re pretty good at turning tables over. We even managed to sit next to the show runner from Emily in Paris by total accident and copped a few potential storylines while eavesdropping!
If you’re also looking to do an Emily In Paris speed run, Contiki has a tour itinerary just for you. Here’s what’s on le menu:
Now of course, you don’t need to go on the Contiki tour to experience these locations. It’s just an easy way to plan your days around filming locations. Netflix also has its own detailed itinerary you can check out.
If you’re deadset on getting in on the Contiki experience, however, you can expect to pay $2100 for the frat-party Emily experience of a lifetime. Just don’t forget: Contiki has an age limit.
